Proof, Not Promise

Can you prove the regulatory data in your system is the same data that was published at its source? Not whether you trust the provider. Can you produce independent, cryptographic proof?

LexDelta

Verified Regulatory Data Delivery

LexDelta is a verified regulatory data delivery platform, currently in development and preparing for commercial launch.

It connects to government and regulatory data sources, retrieves published content, and is being built to deliver that data with cryptographic proof of integrity and timing. Each delivery will include independent verification that the data retrieved matches what was published, that it has not been modified in transit or storage, and that the retrieval is anchored to a specific point in time using RFC 3161 compliant timestamping.

LexDelta is not a compliance tool. It is verified source data. The regulatory text itself, with proof attached.

Evidence Package

Each retrieval produces a self-contained evidence package: the data, its cryptographic fingerprint, an independent timestamp, and the metadata needed to reproduce the verification.

Data Continuity

Each delivery connects to the previous one. Over time, this creates an unbroken chain of verified regulatory snapshots that cannot be reconstructed after the fact.

Time Anchoring

RFC 3161 compliant timestamping anchors every retrieval to a specific point in time. A regulatory snapshot verified at retrieval is stronger evidence than one retrieved later.

Open-Source Forensic Verification

STATUSPUBLIC RELEASE Q2 2026

FACTUM is an open-source forensic verification tool for digital evidence. It is not specific to SSL or to LexDelta. It works on any evidence package that follows the BagIt standard, regardless of who created it.

FACTUM processes digital evidence through a structured pipeline that examines every component required for a complete proof of integrity: the data itself, the cryptographic fingerprint binding data to proof, the timestamp anchoring the proof in time, the certificate authenticating the timestamp authority, the revocation status of that certificate at the time of signing, and the strength of every algorithm in the chain.

Full-Chain Verification

FACTUM reports exactly what it can prove and at what level. If any link in the chain is missing, expired, revoked, or relying on a deprecated algorithm, the assurance level reflects that. The report tells you precisely how far the proof goes and where it stops.

Isolated Execution

FACTUM operates in an isolated environment with no network access during verification. Evidence goes in. A verification result comes out. Nothing else enters or leaves.

Readable Output

Verification results are produced in structured, human-readable formats. A compliance officer, legal professional, or auditor can read a verification report without needing to understand cryptography.

LexDelta incorporates FACTUM's verification technology. But FACTUM exists independently. Verification that depends on a single provider is not independent verification.

Who This Is For

Compliance Teams

You consume regulatory data and need to demonstrate its authenticity to auditors and regulators. Your compliance tools manage your process. We verify your source material.

Legal Professionals

You work with regulatory text and need evidence that holds up under scrutiny. Proof of what was published, when it was retrieved, and that nothing changed between source and system.

Regulated Organizations

You currently rely on trust in your data providers and would benefit from independent, mathematical proof instead. Regardless of size.

Shape What We Build Next

We are building verified data delivery for regulatory sources. If your organization depends on regulatory data, tell us which sources matter to you.
